Our cozy single, double, and triple rooms, freshly renovated in autumn 2025, offer you the perfect retreat after a day full of adventures. We’ve renovated with great attention to detail, using local materials like wood to create a special feeling of well-being. Look forward to a modern, cozy ambiance that harmoniously blends tradition and comfort. Most rooms have a balcony with breathtaking views of the Kaprun mountains with the Kitzsteinhorn.

Our guesthouse is in an idyllic location and offers numerous amenities, including free Wi-Fi, parking and a large sun terrace. We also offer a storage room for bicycles and a ski cellar.

Thanks to the proximity to the bus stop and the free ski bus in winter, you are always mobile. For our guests, the Zell am See – Kaprun Summer Card (May – October) is included, offering many discounts and benefits. Additionally, year-round, you receive the Mobility Card, which allows you to use all public transport throughout the entire state of Salzburg for free.
